IV Therapy Delivered to Your Miami Hotel Room: How It Works

You Don’t Have to Leave Your Hotel Room to Feel Better

You’re in Miami for three days. You landed at MIA at 11 PM, couldn’t sleep because of the time change, and now it’s 7 AM and you have a conference keynote at 9. Or maybe it’s Sunday morning and last night’s South Beach bar crawl has left you staring at the ceiling of your room at the W, wondering if room service Gatorade will cut it (it won’t).

Mobile IV therapy exists specifically for moments like these. A registered nurse comes directly to your hotel room with everything needed for a full IV infusion. No clinic visit, no Uber to an IV bar, no getting dressed and functioning in public. You stay in bed. The treatment comes to you.

Transparent Pricing

Hotel IV therapy delivery is priced from the current menu, including Myers Cocktail IV at $249 and Liquid Gold IV at $279. Popular hangover, wellness, beauty, and performance drips commonly range from $279 to $449. View treatments or book now.

Step-by-Step: How Hotel Room IV Delivery Works

Step 1: Book online or by phone

Visit our booking page, select your treatment, and enter your hotel name and room number. The whole booking process takes about 90 seconds. If you’re not sure which treatment you need, our intake team will ask a few quick questions and recommend the right option.

Step 2: Nurse arrives at your hotel

A licensed RN arrives at your hotel lobby, typically within 45-60 minutes of booking. She carries a discreet medical bag — nothing that screams “this person is here to give IV fluids to a hungover tourist.” She checks in with the front desk or heads directly to your floor.

Step 3: Quick health assessment in your room

The nurse takes your vitals (blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation), reviews your health history, and confirms your treatment selection. If she notices anything that changes her recommendation — like you’re more dehydrated than you realized — she’ll suggest adjustments.

Step 4: IV infusion (30-60 minutes)

You sit or lie on your bed, couch, or hotel room chair. The nurse inserts a small butterfly needle, connects the IV line, and the infusion begins. Most people scroll their phone, watch TV, nap, or just close their eyes. The nurse monitors you throughout and adjusts the drip rate as needed.

Step 5: Done — nurse packs up and leaves

Once the bag is empty and any push medications are administered, the nurse removes the IV, applies a bandage, packs all supplies (including sharps disposal), and leaves your room exactly as she found it. Total time in your room: 35-70 minutes depending on treatment.

Hotels Where We’ve Delivered IV Therapy

We serve any hotel in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. That said, certain properties see us so frequently that our nurses know the parking situations, elevator codes, and which lobbies have the friendliest concierge staff:

  • Fontainebleau Miami Beach — our single highest-volume hotel. Pool party recovery on weekends is practically a standing appointment for some guests.
  • Faena Hotel — popular with wellness-minded guests who book hydration IVs proactively, not just reactively.
  • W South Beach — heavy nightlife crowd, lots of Sunday morning hangover recovery sessions.
  • 1 Hotel South Beach — health-conscious travelers who book immune boost and NAD+ treatments.
  • The Setai — international guests dealing with long-haul jet lag. Our jet lag recovery protocol is popular here.
  • Nobu Hotel — weekend party crowds and business event attendees.
  • Four Seasons Surf Club — families and couples who overdo it on vacation and need afternoon recovery.
  • Mandarin Oriental Brickell — business travelers hitting it hard during conferences and then needing to perform the next day.

This isn’t an exclusive list. We come to any hotel — from boutique properties in the Art Deco District to airport hotels near MIA. If you have a room, we’ll find you.

Do You Need Permission from the Hotel?

In the vast majority of cases, no. Our nurse arrives like any other visitor — through the lobby, up the elevator, knock on your door. The medical bag is a standard black backpack. There’s no signage, no equipment cart, nothing that draws attention.

A few high-security properties (Four Seasons, some private residence clubs) may require you to call down and authorize a visitor. Your front desk can handle this in 30 seconds. We’ve never been turned away from a hotel in over 12,000 patient visits.

If you’re concerned about a specific property’s policy, just mention the hotel name when you book and we’ll let you know if any advance coordination is needed.

Best Use Cases for Hotel IV Therapy

Jet lag recovery on arrival day

You landed from London, São Paulo, or LA. Your circadian rhythm is destroyed. A hydration IV with B12 and magnesium doesn’t fix the time change, but it eliminates the physical fatigue and brain fog that makes jet lag unbearable. Guests at The Setai and Mandarin Oriental book this frequently — often before they’ve even unpacked.

Morning hangover cure

The obvious one. Miami nightlife is punishing and your hotel room is where you’ll be suffering. Our Hangover Recovery IV addresses nausea, headache, dehydration, and fatigue simultaneously. Most patients feel functional within 20-30 minutes of starting the drip.

Pre-event energy boost

Got a wedding, gala, awards dinner, or big night out planned? An energy-focused IV with B-complex, amino acids, and hydration at 4 PM means you show up at 7 PM feeling sharp instead of dragging from a long travel day or afternoon in the sun.

Post-conference fatigue

Miami Beach Convention Center hosts events that pack 12-hour days of networking, panels, and after-parties for three or four consecutive days. By day three, attendees are running on fumes. A midday hydration session in your hotel room resets your energy for the evening programming.

Timing and Availability

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our typical arrival time is under one hour from when you book. During peak hours (Saturday and Sunday mornings, major holiday weekends), it may stretch to 90 minutes — but we’ll confirm your time window when you book.

Early morning sessions (6-8 AM) are available for business travelers who need to be functional for morning meetings. Late night sessions (midnight-4 AM) happen more often than you’d think — usually someone who just got back from a club and wants to preempt tomorrow’s hangover.

What About Airbnbs and Vacation Rentals?

Identical process. Nurse arrives at your address, you let her in, treatment happens in your living room or bedroom. Vacation rentals in South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, and the Design District are some of our most common delivery locations — especially for groups renting houses for bachelor/bachelorette weekends.

We also serve private residences, corporate housing, and short-term executive rentals throughout Miami Beach and the greater Miami area.

What Does It Cost?

Hotel delivery is included in our standard pricing — there’s no “hotel surcharge” or delivery fee for being in a hotel room versus a private residence. Check our pricing page for current treatment rates. All pricing is transparent and per-person.
