Cancellation Policy

Confirmed and Unconfirmed Appointments

If you have received confirmation of your booking with Thirst IV Society, the terms below apply. If your appointment has not yet been confirmed, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation – 24-Hour Advance Notice

For confirmed appointments, we require at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid a fee. To cancel or reschedule, please reply to your booking confirmation text or contact us. If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will be applied as set out below.

Cancellation – Within 2 Hours & Missed Appointments

For confirmed bookings, cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance or failure to show up will result in no refund of the appointment fee. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee, and cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full service amount.

In addition, if your booking was part of a group and a member of that group fails to attend:

  • For bookings of up to 3 guests, any absent guest will be charged in full.
  • For group bookings of 4 or more, the guests who attend will be charged in full; the absent guests will be refunded their service cost minus a no-show fee of $50 per absent person (or local currency equivalent).

Memberships & Packages

If you purchase a membership plan or package of treatments from Thirst IV Society, please note that most plans carry a minimum commitment period of 3 months. If you cancel the membership before that minimum period ends, the remaining balance becomes due unless a medical exemption is provided. We cannot issue refunds for individual unused treatments within the committed timeframe. You may request a pause of the membership for up to 30 days, provided the request is made before the next monthly payment processes.

Special Services

Certain specialized bookings (e.g., event-booking, mobile team coordination, premium infusion sessions) may incur higher cancellation or rescheduling fees if cancelled after confirmation. The specific fee will be communicated at time of booking and noted in your confirmation.

Communication

To cancel or reschedule your appointment or membership, please use the booking confirmation text or contact us. We aim to respond to all requests promptly. Please do not assume a cancellation has been accepted until you receive our confirmation.

Policy Updates

Thirst IV Society reserves the right to update or amend this cancellation policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking will apply.
