Terms of Use
Welcome to Thirst IV Society (“Thirst IV Society,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile platform, telehealth system, and all related services, including in-person and virtual wellness treatments (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in the United States to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to act on their behalf and agree to these Terms for that person.
Thirst IV Society provides elective health and wellness services, including IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and related treatments, delivered either in person or via virtual consultation with licensed healthcare providers.
Our Services are intended for general wellness and hydration support. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or emergency care. You acknowledge that any information provided through our website or consultations is for informational purposes only.
By participating in virtual consultations or telehealth services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You consent to the use of electronic communications and agree that records of your telehealth encounters may be stored electronically and securely in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Thirst IV Society does not provide emergency medical services.
If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Our Services are for general wellness and hydration support only and are not intended to replace medical care from your physician or other healthcare professional. You should consult your doctor before beginning any new treatment or therapy, especially if you have chronic medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medications.
By using our website or Services, you acknowledge that a formal provider-patient relationship is established only after you have completed a medical intake, reviewed and signed the necessary consent forms, and a licensed medical provider determines that treatment is appropriate for you.
Visiting our website, submitting forms, or booking appointments alone does not create a provider-patient relationship.
Before receiving IV therapy or any related treatment, you will be required to complete and sign a Medical Consent Form that explains the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. By signing the consent form, you:
You agree to:
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
